Jonathan Lee is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking at Imperial Capital.  Jonathan has over 16 years of corporate finance experience, primarily within leveraged finance.  He was previously with Imperial Capital from 2011 – 2016 where he was an integral part of the leveraged finance and capital markets practice.  Most recently, Jonathan was a Partner of Zatara Capital, a boutique merchant banking platform.  Prior to that, Jonathan was a Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at William Blair where he focused on executing loan and high yield transactions for middle market issuers.  He started his career at Jefferies in the Leveraged Finance group in Los Angeles. Jonathan received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
