Allen Stern is Managing Director, Head of Capital Solutions, Investment Banking Group in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital. He has over 25 years of experience advising boards and management teams on debt and equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. Mr. Stern has significant relationships within the institutional community including financial sponsors, hedge funds, mezzanine funds and senior lenders. Before joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Stern was a Senior Vice President in the corporate real estate finance division of the Binswanger Company. Prior, he was a Vice President in the leveraged leasing/equipment and project finance arm of B.O.T Financial. Mr. Stern received a B.S. degree in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston.
