Ken Morris is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Imperial Capital’s Energy Investment
Banking Group. He is based out of the New York office of Imperial Capital. Mr. Morris
joined Imperial Capital with a distinguished career in investment banking along
with a wealth of industry knowledge. He was most recently a Partner and Board member
of Pritchard Capital Partners, LLC. His over 20 years of experience began on Wall
Street as a sell-side Trader at various investment banks, including Arnhold and
S. Bleichroeder as a Senior Trader, Schroders, Inc and the Royal Bank of Canada
as a Senior Equities Trader and Director of Energy Trading. Mr. Morris received
an M.A. in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and a B.S.
in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware.

Thomas Pritchard is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Imperial Capital’s Energy
Investment Banking Group. He is based out of the New York office of Imperial Capital.
Mr. Pritchard joined Imperial Capital with over 20 years of financial industry experience.
He was most recently the Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board of Pritchard
Capital Partners, LLC, a boutique investment bank, focused solely on the Energy
sector. He was also a Co-Founder of Offshore Tool & Energy, an oil service company
listed on the London AIM and sold to London Merchant Securities in 2002. Over the
course of his career, he has advised numerous companies on critical strategic matters,
including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. His prior experience
includes Jefferies & Company, Johnson Rice & Company and Bear Stearns. He
began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Pritchard graduated from Washington
& Lee University with a Bachelor's degree in Geology.

Jeffrey Zolkin is Managing Director, Head of Leveraged Finance at Imperial Capital
based out of Los Angeles. Mr. Zolkin has over 15 years of experience in the securities
industry with expertise in global leveraged finance, distressed debt, restructuring
and special situation transactions. Mr. Zolkin's career in investment banking
has focused primarily on middle market companies for which he has completed capital
raises in excess of $10 billion in addition to numerous mergers and acquisition,
restructuring and special situation transactions across multiple industry segments
including basic materials, industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, aerospace and
defense, automotive, telecommunications, energy and oil services. Most recently,
Mr. Zolkin was a co-founder of the debt capital markets group at Global Hunter Securities
where he was a Managing Director. Prior to Global Hunter Securities, Mr. Zolkin
was a senior banker at Jefferies & Company and prior to that at Houlihan Lokey
Howard and Zukin. Mr. Zolkin received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with
Beta Gamma Sigma honors and his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
